I've got a Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard installed in my build with a FX-8320 and 8GB of Kingston Hyper X Beast RAM.

The problem I'm having is that on the "first boot of the day", it gets stuck on the bios splash screen. When I reset the PC using the reset button, it comes up with a message along the lines of "Memory OK! Press F1 to enter the bios and save memory settings"
After I go into the bios and do this, the machine starts fine. If I restart the PC during the day, as well, it runs no problem.

This is the only problem I'm having with the board - anyone know what could be causing this issue?

When it boots and freezes, are there are indications or lights on the board itself that come on?

Also, try running Memtest for about 8-10 hours and see if any errors show. http://www.memtest86.com/. It is a bootable program that checks the integrity of your DRAM.

As said above, 8GB of Kingston Hyper-X Beast memory. Board says it's running at 1600MHz. I'll double check, but I'm certain the lights come on the board as normal, can't see anything on that's not usually on.
