I simply Wish to know which is more efficient.

More about : push pull low rpm push higher rpm performance perspective

That is unanswerable as asked.

Push/pull on what? CPU cooler? Which one?
Case fans?
Liquid cooling radiator?

How do you define efficiency? Lower temperature? Lower noise? A mixture of both?

How are you defining lower RPM and higher RPM? Do you want the Push Pull to be running at half the RPM of the single fan? 70%?

The problem here is that its a poorly formed question that can only be answered subjectively.

A Push-Pull setup will always perform better than a Push setup with the same fan.
