It's just as I said. I can't launch any application that requires these dll's, which means no OpenGL. I can't even replace them, since I don't have permission. I tried to reinstall my Graphics Drivers, but no dice. No more malware on my computer either. Any help?

Solution
go to dll-files.net and you'll probably find those. Download a recovery linux live bootable iso, burn it to a disk or a usb using unetbootin and replace the files from the live linux desktop. I suggest crunchbang linux for recovery.

There may be better methods but I don't know better.
Hope this helps!
