Motherboard for A6-6400K Richland

I'm building a computer around a free CPU I revived for a friend the AMD A6-6400K Richland FM2. I'm trying to find the cheapest Motherboard that will support Richland out of the box with one PCI-E slot, it doesn't matter how many USB ports Micro or full ATX. I haven't kept up with PC hardware for awhile, I've tried using google to find what I need but I'm not sure if I'm getting what will work. If anybody could help me it would be appreciated.

Also, Do motherboards still need to be Windows 8 ready?
Are all "Hudson d4" motherboards Richland ready and Windows 8 ready?

If it is at least a FM2 board, the A6-6400K will be compatible. If you are not sure, all boards have a specific web site which shows the CPU (or APU) support list.

EDIT:
The MB web site will also tell you if the board is windows8 ready, which I am sure that all are by now.
