BSOD because of graphics card?

bugcheck was in graphics code, on the directx side.
but you have not installed windows 7 service pack 1 and its updates and so your directx version is 5 years out of date. Also, you have a graphics overclocking software installed that can cause problems.

Based on the stack, i would say just install the service pack and updates and this particular bugcheck will go away. (fixed in 2010 I think)
