PC turns on then off after 3 seconds

Hello,

I had just built a new PC and tried unplugging everything. Not sure what the issue is?
Everything seems to be plugged in correctly.

No actually, i plugged the power supply into another PC and that PC did the same thing.

I just realized i oput long sqrews in the power supply and may have damaged it internally.... Does this void my warranty?
