in my assembled pc i want to change the hard disk drive do i need to buy a new key for win pro 8.1

win pro 8.1 x64 eng intl 1pk dsp oei dvd
windows 8.1 pro eng intl for oem software

No, you have to change quite a bit to trigger an activation issue. Even a MoBo / CPU change won't necessarily trigger an activation problem.

Since yours is an OEM Win 8 install, you main recourse is to migrate the OS from the old drive to the new drive.
Assuming the new drive is larger than the old drive.

Secondarily, you could create whatever DVD Factory Install set is possible.
Swap drives and see if it works with the new drive.
