Hello everyone,
This is my first post and I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to answer this question. I've just completed my first desktop pc build and everything went pretty smooth until I attempted to install my antivirus. I set up the wifi information and was able to get on the internet long enough to open the webpage sign into my account and start the download. The download ran into some issues and stopped. When I tried to resume it said there was some problems so I tried to start the process over. I closed the window and when I reopened it the home page would not even load. I am using my laptop right by where the desktop is so it should have signal and when I try to use windows to detect a problem it comes back with no problem detected. please let me know if you can think of anything I should try.

I've installed all the drivers, add internet explorer and google chrome to the firewall and am still not getting any conectivity in the web browser.
