Hi, I bought a new HDTV a few days back and hooked it up with my home PC to use as a monitor for browsing/watching movies(HDMI). I had problems with the sound though as everytime the TV went into standby mode or was turned on after the pc was, it was not detected as an audio device. I looked it up on the internet and INTEL"s solution was to update the BIOS to version blabla or higher. I downloaded and installed the latest BIOS version from Asrock, version p2.10 and now the TV isn't detected at all. I updated the graphics driver to the latest version provided by intel but still no luck.
My system:
ASROCK H87 Pro4
Intel Core i-5 4440
...
...
...
No video card, just the HD Graphics. Any help is appreciated, I'd like to return to my HDTV ASAP, thanks in advance.

Well, no answer so far so I'll give some further explanation. When I first connected my TV to my htpc, I got both sound and image. But I had some common issues with the sound described here:
https://communities.intel.com/mobile/mobile-access.jspa#jive-content?content=%2Fapi%2Fcore%2Fv3%2Fcontents%3Ffilter%3DentityDescriptor(2%2C218663)
So after reading this I went to the asrock site and downloaded, then installed the latest BIOS version(2.10). After the reboot nothing showed up on the TV so i plugged in my old monitor and tried to solve the problem. I installed the latest graphics drivers from Intel but no succes. The TV doesnt get a signal from the PC and the PC doesnt recognize the TV. Not in playback devices, not as a display, nowhere in the device manager, it just doesnt show up. Now I flashed an older BIOS version 2.00 but still the same problem. I hope the extra info will be useful and I'll get a solution soon.
