Hi, I was wondering if a i5 2500k @ 4.5 ghz bottleneck 2 7970s ?

nope. the cpu will cope perfectly fine... you could run it at stock and have no issues either.

On the task manager my cpu is running at 100% all way, gpu are equal 9x % but something the drop to 80 % and even 50 % and come back to 99% usage, how come is it normal ?

your also getting 115fps... turn vsnc on and the fps will drop to 60, the image will be visually will be sharper with no tearing and the cpu usage should drop also as its not having to calc the other 50+ frames...
basically it will unload your system and increase visual fidelity.
having a 60hz screen? and running at anything other than 60fps is a waste of resources. high fps is nice for benchmarks but on a 60 hz screen anything over the 60 fps just isnt seen. the screen is literally dropping half the information your sending to it and what it isnt dropping will cause tearing.
so yeah switch vsync on and stick with 60 silky smooth fps.

I ordered a xl2411z 144hz yesterday so I might be good after that ? and theres no bottleneck ?

With the xl2411z that i ordered, game will be more smooth when having 1xx fps like in tomb raider ? quality will be better too ?

honestly mate i wouldnt have bothered. your gpu's wont give you 144fps on most modern games.
again you will start seeing tearing and the fps drops will be more noticeable.
