Power supply: Antec bp350

harddrive: WD 1 TB

video card: hp amd radeon hd 7450

no display mouse and keyboard not working

Did you plug the monitor into the card you installed?? It wont display anything if you plugged it into the onboard video ports

If it is in the card you installed then the BIOS thats on the mobo may not support the CPU you installed.

Whats the CPU?? I5 what?
