How to prove to buyer that CPU is working

Hello I am trying to sell my i3-4150 on craigslist and one potential buyer asked me to prove if the CPU is 100% functional. I don't have much experience selling stuff online so I am unsure of what to do. What would you guys do?
My i3 is in fully working condition btw

Without him being present to witness the cpu be either installed and running and then removed for sale or sent with the MB it was installed in, it's pretty much impossible. Even video evidence wouldn't guarantee that he gets the same cpu as seen in the video. Sell through a third party like Paypal that offers him protection.
