few changes that you may want to think about. for the mb and cpu combo I would use the 99.00 combo for this cpu and mb if you have a local micro center. the z97 will let you drop in a faster cpu latter on when you have the funds. the intel cpu core tech is a lot faster in games then amd chips. if you want amd cpu then look at there 700 line of chips and fm2 mb.
the case I have is cheaper but a newer case. all it missing is usb 3.0 ports. if you have the funds look at the r300 that 47.00 it one of the best cheap gaming cases out there.went with a slightly larger ps so that you have the wattage to put in a newer gpu latter on without having to replace the power supply. it not the total wattage output but the amps rating on the 12v line that the cpu and gpu uses.

I have upgraded the cpu to an i5 4440 haswell chip, and the gpu to a HIS iceQ r9 270. Anything you would change now?
