At the moment I have a couple of HDDs that are not listed on my PC specs + my CPU's vCore is 1,22 volts in adaptive mode.

Will I be able to run the 970s in SLI without a trouble?

Thanks in advance.

The GTX 970 draws up to around 145W, two of them means 290W. The Core i7-4790K is around 84W stock. Sure, overclocked it'll draw more, but not like 400W. The AX760 is more than plenty.

Actually it seems it's more like 170W:

But yeah, even if it was closer to 340W the AX760 would still probably handle them quite well right?

I was wondering this myself wasn't sure if my math was completely wrong haha but yeah it would handle it more than likely even with spikes in power consumption you still have quite a large margin for error :)

Would I have enough overhead for overclocking the GPUs as well?

The GPU OVERCLOCKS would be fine with it.

If you want to overclock CPU and RAM got the the EVGA 850w G2.

Yeah definitely as Blackbird said if you intend to Overclock CPU and RAM too then although the AX760 would more than likely still be fine you may want an 850w PSU to be on the safe side
