Hi I have artifacting when I play rust, I thought maybe this was just rust as when I play battlefield 4 all is good. Now battlefield 4 is artifacting, sometimes its fine other times not so.

GPU temp on ultra settings is around 50, same on rust. My card is stock. I have kept an eye on voltages seem very nomal, however noticed that recorded max voltage is 1.19 when cards core is 1.15 volts. Is this normal? When maxing games voltage is often under Max voltage but does record it sometimes hits 1.19 at some point. This is recorded on hwmonitor.

Seems the artifacting is getting worse by the day, I have recently uninstalled drivers and clean installed new beta drivers, hopefully this fixes the problem. When build was new I had no issues with either games but did have a driver update since. I did a furmark test, ran for 30 mins no problems... However when my screen saver popped up (windows bubbles) it showed artifacting on screen saver but none on furmark.

After several hours of rust and some artifacting I close the game and sometimes i see a perfect green square artifact on my windows desktop which stays on back ground screen but does not appear on any programming window. Should I return the graphics card (bought from Amazon uk, hope they don't mess me around) or is this a driver issue I should wait out? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Running:
Windows 8.1
I5 4670k (no o.c. right now)
8gb g skill sniper ram 2133 on xmp
(Haven't done a memory test yet)
XFX P1-650S-NLB9 PRO 650W Core Edition psu
