I am buying a geforce gtx 650 and im wondering if it will be good enough to run high demanding games over the next couple of years

Core i5 4440 3.10ghz 3.4ghz overclocked
8gb Memory
1TB Hard Drive
700w PSU
PSI-e x16

Yes, the rest is alright, although I don't know if your PSU comes from a quality brand or a budget one.

I live in australia and in trying to stay under 300$ including graphics card, the psu is casecom 80+ rating with 2x6+2 pin. 85$

Im thinking of getting AMD R9 270x thats 235 plus the 85$ psu

Will my pc be able to handle the amd r9 270x
