How much Watt PSU will I need to run these parts?

I also got a Corsair H105 Hydro Series CPU cooler + 3 fans and a keyboard and mouse plugged in.

I got a Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 800W PSU, would this be good enough?

Then what is the point of 1200W? What uses so much power?

I have a 1000w in my setup , but now the new high end cards use a lot less power.
