That Coolermaster extreme PSU should be avoided at all costs. The V series units are much better.

The EVGA 970's are decent cards, but even with the ACX 2.0 cooling they don't cool as well as Gigabyte, MSi (Gaming) and Asus do. Each of these 4 brands are good though, the rest of the non-reference 970 cards you should probably avoid.
