I just made my first custom built PC but there's a problem, the PSU won't turn on. Here's the build.
MotherBoard- Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard
RAM-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Disk-Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PSU-Antec EarthWatts Green 380W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply.
I have no video card and was hoping to run off the motherboard but if it's necessary I will buy it.

CPU?

Have you got any independent fans in your system? You could try running a fan directly from your PSU to see if its a hardware issue. Don't stress though as its your first build and you more than likely just have some plugs in the wrong holes... giggidy... just run through your build process again and double check your product manuals.

CPU-AMD A10-6800K Quad-Core APU Processor 4.1GHz Socket FM2, Retail (Black Edition)
And how do I run a fan? Also I dont know if it affects anything but the PCI-E cable isn't connected to anything,

You would have to take the requisite time to retrace your steps through the build, which can be done while it is assembled in the case but may be better achieved by starting from scratch.
I'm not certain that this is valid for all fans/PSU's but with my system you can plug the fan directly into the PSU fan socket-ed outlet cable and switch the psu on at the back to test both the qualities of the fan and the viability of the PSU on its own. Only a suggestion though and less likely (no the solution only a test) to solve the problem than retracing your build step by step.
