Oh :(

Well, I don't have limit on downloads but here in the UK most ISPs would give you a ridiculously slow speeds in compare with let's say Eastern Europe. I mean... I'm paying £45 a month for a 30 Mb and my mom back home pays about £6-7 for 100 Mb Internet - hahahaha.

hey since you have a cpu authority badge and gpu exper badge. i have 2 questions

1 are softwares reliable to measure how much watts your procy consume? specifically coretemp
2 how can i underclock my gpu or just limit how much watts it should use? thanks

im kinda tight on power. i only have thermaltake litepower 500w.

when i was on 4.5ghz at 1.38 volts. paired with a 280x. i tried to play crysis 3 but my computer automatically turned off guessing it was lack of power and it also said anti surge purpose when it booted up again. i switched to 4.2ghz at 1.2volts the problem was gone. im thinking on limiting the power consumption of my 280x for more safety thanks!

Hey,

I'm sorry for the late reply.

As far as I know the most reliable and accurate way to measure how much power your PC consumes is with a designated hardware. Something like the pictures below.

You should probably think about upgrading PSU though if it has already given you problems. Meanwhile you could just return your CPU to stock speeds and if you insist on underclocking your GPU I think you could use AMD Catalyst Control Center and if you click on Enable Graphics Overdrive you should be able to reduce the GPU clock speeds and also use the slider to reduce the power.
