I want to build a rig that has the capability of doing medium video editing and as well medium gaming. I would like to upgrade it in the future if needed

Anyone have ideas? If so, I'll like to have suggestion to what I should build according to what I need it for.

$600 range max. Cannot go above and window 8 is taken care of.

Later you can get another R7 260X and go 2-way crossfire. One R7 260X is enought to play BF4 - for example - at minimun 60fps.
