Want to know if this is a good build

I've never built a computer from the ground up and wanted a little help before I commited to getting these parts.

Case: RAIDMAX Orion ATX-809B
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 core Black Ed.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 8 GBx1
Graphics Card: ASUS GT 630-SL-2GD3-L 2GB
PSU: Ultra LSP Series V2 650-Watt

I'm not going to be using it to do any serious gaming but I wanted to know if these parts were good together and if the power supply was enough.

Sorry I should have put everything I wanted to get.
I also wanted to add:
A Cooler Master N520 CPU Cooler, a LG 24X DVD-RW drive and a 1TB WD Blue Hard Drive.

Would that work or would that be over kill? I'm also trying to do this on somewhat of a budget
