If you see a part that has the same quality or better for a lower price, could you tell me? (Ex. 8 GB ram for $10 cheaper) Also, if something isn't compatible or not supportive of something, could you tell me what it is? Thanks.

Dude first of all Anniversery motherboard works for the G3258 cpu so you have to change it.
Second take a dual channel ram like 2x4GB 1600mhz
Next dont take a 200$ cpu with a 135 GPU if you are gamer you have to take better GPU.
You will not play any game at 144fps, so you dont need this monitor.
I can help you and build a good gaming rig withh 1000$.

PS Take the Windows 8.1 too is good
