Hi, I'm looking for a air CPU cooler for ~20 (AM3+/4Pin). I'm going to try to not go with the 212 because I want to save a few bucks. But I'm looking at the TX3 and Arctic Freezer A11. I won't do a bunch of overclocking, just a little bit and I don't really like the stock fan.

Case dimensions are 191 x 437 x 468 mm / 7.5 x 17.2 x 18.4 inch

If you have any other coolers you would like to suggest, feel free!

Thanks!

I've used the TX3 on both AMD and Intel processors. It'll do the job you want. I haven't used the Freezer 11, but I have used the similar Freezer 7. Also a good budget cooler. Both attach to the stock AMD retention bracket with no need to remove it and use a special backplate. They both are quiet coolers.

I've OC'd with the TX3 and the Freezer A11 look-alike Freezer 7 Pro using 125W Phenom IIs. Both of those three-heat pipe coolers do an OK job as long as you don't try to set any OC records. Much better than the stock AMD 4-heat pipe cooler. As long as the OP stands by his mantra: "I won't do a bunch of overclocking, just a little bit", he should be fine. Just my opinion.
