1000 DOLLAR BUILD must have gtx 970 good mobo and i5 4690k

I need a build with a good mobo (so it doesn't bottle neck) a 256 to 250 gb ish ssd. A gtx 970 and a i5 4690k in a prefer a small case.

The mobo has nothing to do with the performance unless it has pcie 2.0, which no lga 1150 socket boards have. WHat country do you live in as a $1000 build in australia is very different to a $1000 build in the us
