Garry's mod crashing

I load garry's mod and i see the blue back round and a loading box in bottom right like usual but out of no where it keeps crashing. I have a good enough pc i have been able to play it before.
CPU:4820K
RAM:16 GIGS
GPU:780

Run CCleaner and see if that helps. Do the Clean and Registry portions both. might be registry errors or software conflicts.

Try re-installing GMOD as you will still have the same profile on servers after re-installing so it wouldn't affect you in any way. If re-installing doesn't help then please tell me.

well i tried everything so i re-installed steam and that fixed it.
