I just built my first PC today and upon putting everything together, I did my first boot. It appears to me that everything is running just fine(fans and heat sink are running, lights on motherboard are on, etc.). However, when I try to boot my PC, none of my monitors I attempted it on detected anything. Also, I tried with both the VGA and hdmi output on my motherboard but it didn't detect either. Mind you, I haven't tried with a graphics card yet. What should I do?

Specs:
Ram : Kingston HyperX Fury Black 4gb
Hard Drive: Kingston SSDNow V300 120gb SSD
Power supply:EVGA 600b 600w PSU
Motherboard: Asus z97l - plus
Processor: Intel i5 4460
Case: Bitfenix prodigy mini itx case

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

I would see if attaching the GPU and running your outputs through it does anything. It's possible the BIOS could have come configured with integrated graphics disabled.
