my rig is:

4gb ddr3
HD 6570 2gb
Win 7 Ult 64bits
I can play CS:GO and other mini games
but when i am trying to open a game like AC, NFS, SIMS and COD it always get an application error (the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b).
I tried to install .net framework( 4.5.1 & 4.5.2 ), reinstall DirectX and Visual C++, update all drivers, fixed .dll and defragmented my disk.
nothing works, Now Its totally killing me
and offer me some games i can play.
