Accidentally deleted a very important driver, and messed up the USB 3.0 system. Urgent help, please?

I am a newbie here, and I am not a native speaker. Sorry for if I made any mistakes! :)

I bought a new external HDD, and it won't allow me to copy any large files or it will disconnect and re-connect automatically. It is a 3.0 Fujitsu. After some research, I found out something called 'UASP' and 'BOT' types, and my HDD is the 'UASP' type and won't be supported by my PC. It will only work in 2.0 mode.

Frustrated, I messed around and guess what? I accidentally uninstalled the "Intel USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller"... Now it is worse. My other 'BOT' 3.0 HDD will not copy @ 3.0 speeds anymore. I have no idea how to install the driver back. Tried system restore to the earliest point. No luck. Did intensive research for 5 straight hours. No luck. Please, you gotta help me.

1. I am wayyy desperate and broken right now- tell me something about 'power settings' 'batteriez' 'blah amps blah' and I swear I will nuke the whole universe, lol. I have a 700 Watts PSU, and the 3.0 cable I am using has two ends (one extra for aux. power). I am 500% sure that it is not power issues.
2. The HDD IS NEW
3. I am willing to be controlled by TeamViewer for live help. Anyone who has TeamViewer can help me out. You can contact me for an appointment

Important Specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit archi)
CPU: i7 3770 @ 3.4 GHz (O/Ced @ 4.5 GHz, water cooled)
MB: Republic of Gamers (Asus) Maximus V Formula with a Z77 chipset
RAM: 20 GB

Other Specs:

OS installed on: Kingston 100 GB SSD
Other Drives: 1x WD 2 TB, 1x WD 500 GB, 1x USB 2.0 2 TB HDD
GPU: MSI GTX 760 OC/ed @ 1305 MGhz, 2 GB

THANKS A TON! :D

Solution
What do you mean you see nothing? Did you make sure to choose an OS first?

As for the other files you downloaded, double-click "Setup.exe" and it should start the installation.

I can see nothing there. I have already gone to the Intel site and downloaded 'Intel USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller', but I have no idea how to install it.

No no, I am not that noob. You see, when I try to open it, it says 'your computer doesn't meet any minimum requirements blah blah'. I tried compatibility settings and admin privileges too...
