Help urgent heuristic virus on norton 360

Hi so currently I have norton 360 and kasperkey security on my pc, and I've noticed some sluggish performances on my pc so I decided to scan it with kasperkey but nothing popped up but then I recently decided to also run norton and it says I have one heuristic virus detected and one heuristic virus resolved. Should I be worried are there any other steps I should be taking to protect my new build and what ever other help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Also would this possibly be the source of my recent sluggish pc speed, it used to boot up quickly but since I've added orgin, bf4, amd game app, and a few other things it has been starting up in my profile slower than normal and some times the borders of screen turn bluefish/grayish when I had it set to green then after abit it will go back to green.

A heuristic 'virus' is something that maybe a virus or might not be. The only reason your PC would be slowed down by having BF4/Origin is either you have them run on start up which slows down the boot time or your HDD has run out of space. Also all those few other things i.e Spotify, Steam or any other program that runs at start up will slow down your boot time computer overall.
