GPU for a budget build

Hey all, just needed some help with choosing a GPU for this budget build, here are the parts so far:

Cougar Spike 5SS7 Mini Tower
AMD FX-6300
ASUS M5A78L
Kingston Hyper X Fury (2x4)
Corsair CX-500 Modular 80+ Bronze
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Windows 7

The budget is pretty tight so please try not to make it too pricey. Also, are these parts compatible? I'm an absolute newbie at this.

At that budget a R9 280, R9 285, or look around and see if you can find a cheap Nvidia GTX 760 since prices should be dropping soon thanks to the new 900 series. And I would not skimp on a PSU get at LEAST a 600 watt PSU but I would personally go with a 750 in case you ever plan on upgrading. And again more RAM.

preferably under $220, if the PSU is any problem I don't mind going with a different one if you have any suggestions
