Likely your hard drive is dying, back up everything before you do anything else at all. Once your data is safe we can investigate the error itself but I would expect to buy a new drive assuming you can fit one in this model (some are very hard or impossible to replace)

I am really sorry but your HDD is most probably failing. I would advise you to back up your data and RMA it if still in warranty. If not, just do regular back ups. In some cases it takes quite a long time before the drive dies.
