i7-4790k & H110 High Temps

Recently, I installed an i7-4790k in my system and at first it worked fine. Then last night, I'm not doing anything and suddenly them temps spike up to around 45C idle. Now when I turn it on today, the temps keep jumping between 45C and 25C. At the moment, it is at around 25C but a few minutes ago it leapt to 45C for no reason!

Yeah, I was just worried about it jumping seeing as that is my full load temperature in quite a few games. At Prime95 it is 50C, so 5C off that at idle is strange. But anyway, I've had it on for most of the day and it has stayed low at idle, so it is fine! Thanks!
