Hello guys, first time posting here but i really really dont know what to do unless to send the pc back. So i buy`d a new pc few months ago and worked fine until 2 weeks ago when it started to freeze and sound distort loop, at first was only when i play`d some games, but after even when i was doing nothing. I try`d use memtest ( did 10 test - took about 6h and 30 min ) did a prime95 test, did a furmark, everything was good, no errors no crash, i use nvidia latest drivers and i use older drivers, same with both, i try`d to switch ram in another slots....same, i have updated bios ...the same crash.

put your mini dump up somewhere and provide link. or download WhoCrashed to get a rough idea of what caused the crash. The text you posted in your last screenshot dosnt provide any info.

Last screenshot also shows display driver crashing. can you post a screenshot of your GPU usage during a game? Using Afterburner or some monitoring/graphing software.

also, I'd suggest resetting your motherboard BIOS, to rule out any incorrect settings that may causing your crashes

Hi delellod123, i think i found the problem, after some long research i saw on another forum that i should change in bios PCI-E Gen from Auto to PCI-E Gen 2, seems that works, could that be my problem ? Why when was to auto crashed and freezes my PC ?

ok great that you are working now. Check GPU Z and run the little color test (hitting the ? next to Bus Interface). Let me know which generation PCIE the system is now using.

Strange that this would happen, but if forcing Gen 2 helps, you are good. Happy to hear.
