I am currently going to build a pc but before i do that i was wondering is these parts are good and they fit in the motherboard. I am currently thinking of going to get this rig setup as im on a budget.

Motherboard: gigabyte SKT-AM3 78LMT-USB3
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Asus AMD Radeon R7 250X
RAM: 4GB Corsair
PSU: Cooler Master G55M

Here are a couple of questions
-Does the CPU fit in the motherboard slot?
-Do i need a better or higher wattage Power supply?
-Can i run games like Battlefield 4 and DayZ? If so what settings?

I'm not an expert but I'll answer since no one else has yet.

Yes, that CPU will fit in that motherboard, regarding to PCPartPicker. If you wish to overclock your FX-6300 I wouldn't suggest this motherboard for it, though. For basic configuration without OC'ing that board will do. You can find suggested motherboards for OC'ing here: http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database

Yes, I think that PSU will do the task for you :) Others can and are advised to prove otherwise if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty sure you can run BF4 and DayZ but don't expect those games to run on Ultra setting with that GPU. Here are some benchmark results with R7 250X on Battlefield 4 (medium settings)...

I'll say this again: I'm not an expert in this matter when it comes to PC configurations but I'm building my first PC also and I have been reading lots of reviews and articles lately so I have SOME knowledge. If any other reader has better advice over mine, by any means let's hear them! :)

Good luck with your build!
