I don not have problems signing up my computer. But when I try to use internet, it appears a windows security message telling me that google subversion unit is requesting my user name and password. I wrote them but I can not access internet. Yesterday it did not ask me it.

That kind of message is normal if you try to access a secured site on the internet. In this case it seems you are trying to access a google subversion site, which is not normal if you don't know what that is.

What site do you have set as your startpage?
If you click cancel in that dialog it should close. Then look what it says in the address field (almost at the top of the window).
If that is something you don't recognise then change it to something you often use, like www.google.com for example, and set that as your startpage.
