A decent Skyrim pc build for mods on ultra?

Hey! I'm new to gaming! My budget is between £400-£800 and would like a gaming pc that can run Skyrim on ultra with mods. I don't want an insane modded game. Only about 50mods. Mods such as an EnB and a couple texture mods and the rest will be gameplay enhancements. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

You wont be able to game on ultra, 1080p, with 50 mods for £800 mate, there's no way

This should get you pretty close to what you want. I was able to fit the new GTX 970 in the build. I can put in a solid state drive if you have another computer that you can download windows 8 from and purchase your windows 8.1 Pro key from this website for $23.
