im buying a r9 280 and i was wondering which manufacturer to go to.
the options are Sapphire-OC / Gigabyte-WF3 / Asus-TOP and the price range is only about 10 dollars so the cost isnt a worry.
Also oc stands for overclock, does it matter if i get an overclockable manufacturer gpu if im not going to overclock it?
