The cheaper $569.99 is a factory overclocked one (out of the box it's faster) and the more expensive one is not.

However, the $569.99 one is stocked by amazon themselves and is sold out.
But the $640 one is stocked by a THIRD-PARTY that is registered to list on Amazon. They HAVE stock the card in stock, and they can choose different pricing.
