Intel CPU graphics through some kind of PCI express slot connector?

Hi,

A somewhat weird question: if I have a Haswell CPU on a motherboard with only VGA out, can I purchase some kind of adapter with HDMI/DVI connectors to put in a PCI express slot, in order to use the CPU graphics with HDMI/DVI instead of VGA?

I don't want a separate graphics card with a Nvidia or ATI chip that generates heat (and fan that generates noise), I'm happy with the performance of Haswell graphics and just want a different connector than what my motherboard can offer.

Try a cheap VGA to dvi adapter but it's more common to go the other way. There is no PCI socket adding device only a graphics card upgrade otherwise, a card like that would be specific to the motherboard or PC maker

I'm building a system and want to know if it's possible to build
the way I want, but for example I'd like to be able to use these:

Motherboard: ASRock E3C226D2I
CPU: Intel Core i3-4130T

And since the ASRock board only has VGA out I'd like to somehow
add a HDMI/DVI/DisplayPort port to use the graphics in the CPU.

Why that board? It's mini-itx with ECC support.

Thanks,
