why loop restart after installing zotac geforce gt 730 2gb ddr5 gpu???????!! i have a zebronic 450 watt psu!!! intel dh55pj motherbord!! 4gb ram and intel i3 processor !!!! plz help

Did you have a video card before the gt730? if so, did you uninstalled the previous card's drivers? a driver conflict will result in a loop restart while trying to load to windows.

If that's the scenario, try booting in safe mode, uninstall old drivers (better if you use DriverCleaner Pro or a similar program for this) one more restart and then install the appropriate drivers for your gt730.

i certainly reboot c drive!!! and install proper driver for gt 730!! but the problem i.e loop restart happens constantly !!! is that psu problem
