Welcome to Tom's Hardware!

Dolphin only uses two cores, so when choosing a CPU go for the one with the highest IPC. Not trying to incite a fan war here but if all you'll be running is Dolphin emulation, then for the money I would go with an Intel solution for that very reason.

Based on your AMD choices, you'll looking to spend 100-120 dollars so I would suggest i3-4130 BUT I would go with the G3258 for value. If money is not a problem, go for the new Devil's Canyon i5-4690k.

Dont go with amd for emulation, dolphin doesnt like amd cpus, right now, the cheapest cpu that you can get for dolphin is a pentium G3258, since is unlocked, you can overclock it to 4.5GHz, and will perform just as a haswell i5 around that speed. To see which non z motheboards can overclock well take a look here:

The pentium cpu is excelent for emulation, but with multi-threaded aplications can fall quite behind.
