Will This Computer Work?

I'm planing on building my first computer, and my friend suggested I post what I'm planning on buying so somebody with lots of experience could let me know if it will work.

Everything should work together fine. Though i would change a few thing if this is just a gaming system.

Work? No. The parts that I saw on that wishlist did not have a CPU. As such, it may all connect, but no CPU = no work.
