Hey guys! I have been planning this build for a while and would love to hear from you guys how it is! I am planning on playing assassins creed's, watchdogs, battlefield 4 and hardline, Gta 4 and 5 modded, police 10-13, minecraft, sim city 5, call of duty, and many more games!!! I want to play them on high-ultra settings at good fps! (Over 60) Is this possible on this build? I also want it to last me several years (5 or more) again is it possible? I am also planning on recording some videos and doing web browsing. Tell me how this build is and if I can improve upon it in ways! (I do not want to go over 1700$) Thanks for all the help!

Also, I recommend getting a second 200mm fan for the side of the case. I would recommend the Fractal Design Arc midi r2 over the phantom, but I will leave that up to you. You also have room for a better CPU cooler if you would like to get one. This build will last you a long time and you have room for a second 970 if you so desired. I went with an MSI 970 as that is personally my favorite of the 970's as of now.

I also went with windows 8.1 as it is not like windows 8 at all and is really just a faster version of 7 in my opinion. It will also give you better performance.

You don't need an i7 but at that price go for it. Also your case is a full tower which means its huge you could easily fit everything into a mid-size tower case. The PSU is a little short get a 700-750(or more) watt PSU instead. Other than that your build will last 4 years or so and yes you will be able to play all games on ultra with 60+ FPS.
