I'm trying to grab a video card for my gaming build, but since i'm a noob at hardware i'm not sure if the manufacture already overclocked it. From what i know, OC'ing helps raise the bar on fps but it means shorter life span and more heat, etc etc. Since i don't have a cooler or plan on playing any demanding games, i do not need an OC.
Let me know if this video card i'm about to buy is already overclocked: http://www.microcenter.com/product/423393/Radeon_R9_270X_Overclocked_2048MB_DDR5_PCIe_30x16_Video_Card
Here is my setup in case you were wondering. Thanks
