I'm trying to grab a video card for my gaming build, but since i'm a noob at hardware i'm not sure if the manufacture already overclocked it. From what i know, OC'ing helps raise the bar on fps but it means shorter life span and more heat, etc etc. Since i don't have a cooler or plan on playing any demanding games, i do not need an OC.

Let me know if this video card i'm about to buy is already overclocked: http://www.microcenter.com/product/423393/Radeon_R9_270...

Here is my setup in case you were wondering. Thanks

Well the thing is im only going to play World of Warcraft, which is mainly the processor, so my graphics card is good enough even without OC'ing. Do usually most manufacturers sell them overclocked or did i just get unlucky?

some are oc some are not its not a big oc and is still carried under the same warranty so its perfectly fine high oc is harder on cards minimal ones really dont do much its more of a sales gimmick
