I currently have:

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I would like to upgrade to this
card:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If I were to simply upgrade the graphics card and put it in my current system, would I be able to maximize performance, or would my CPU/mobo be an issue for bottle-necking the new card?

I don't think that it would bottleneck because that cpu is still a strong one.

I'm not an Intel expert but there shouldn't be any major bottlenecking with that setup.
