If you were running a stock speed GTX 750 Ti, it would probably run alright in your computer since a GT 530 consumes a few less watts than the GTX 750 Ti so I wouldn't imagine the PSU have any issue... but with a Superclocked GTX 750 Ti, there may be issues, does the card require any external PCIe power connectors? Also, what monitor and resolution are you running?

2Gb is good but if you don't have a decent sized monitor, 1GB will be fine and since you have a 300W PSU, its much better to get a better PSU but if you don't want to upgrade that, then a regular GTX 750 Ti will work fine, but superclocked may or may not have issues depending on how much wattage and current that superclocked card will pull.

I looked it up but it seems like...

I looked it up but it seems like it doesn't pull a lot but need to do a lot more research first.
