Hi,

I currently have 2sets of 1GB/DDR2 RAM in my Dell Optiplex 755 (SFF). I run win7-32bit.

I want to make it 4GB, by adding a 2GB/DDR2/800Mhz intto one of my available DIMM 240pin slot. So can I use this??

If not, please suggest something else.

Thank You,
Yesaswi

Yes, that will work fine. It complies with specs. You realize you will only have 3.5GB of RAM available using 32 bit windows, not 4GB. It's just the way the limitation on 32 bit Windows works. If your unit came with a 64 bit capable processor and you upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit you would be able to use 8GB (7.5GB usable) on that unit. Either way, good luck.
