Display and keyboard/mouse stop working randomly.

Okay so I just switched cases yesterday and everything was in working order. However upon plugging my computer back in with the new case it instantly booted up to "memok", no start button or anything. So after restarting it booted to windows and I browsed the internet for less then 10 minutes before my display shut off. The screen went black saying there was no signal and the keyboards mum lock and caps lock lights wouldn't turn on upon pressing the buttons. The computer was still on including all the fans for the gpu and CPU as well as chasis fans and LEDs. I believe it's the mobo since it even did this to me in the bios.

Specs
CPU: amd vishera 8320 3.5 ghz
MOBO: ASus m5a99x evo r2
RAM: gskill ripjaw 8gb (4x2gb)
GPU xfx 7970 double dissapation

I have previously had this issue on two occasions, first time I found that 2 of my RAM slots on my board were faulty, the second time I found the issue was that my RAM Sticks had failed,

I'd try using a stingle stick you know currently works, going slot by slot, and If you get an output on one try two working sticks simmultaneously, until you can either confirm the motherboard is faulty, or your ram is causing the issue

Were you actually able to get to windows? Because I can get there sometimes but after a while it crashes. However when I flip the power switch on the psu on it automatically boots up to memok without me pressing the start button or memok button on the mobo
