Whenever I turn on my computer from a fresh boot, I have no internet connection. But, If I restart my computer I have a connection. I have no clue what's happening. I've tried restarting the router and modem, etc. Its been like this for a month or so now

Hello there Metsfan1!

What I would try is to unplug the power cord connected to your desktop after shutting down properly, and press the power button 3 times, then plugging the power cord back in. If you have a laptop, take the power cord and battery out and do the same thing.

Let me know the results! :)

Try flushing the power as above.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers
